1. registration
Management of Customer ID and Password
You shall manage your customer ID and password for the Service at your own responsibility.
You may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend your customer ID and password to a third party or share them with a third party. %p.fs-4 When a customer logs in with a combination of customer ID and password that matches the registered information, the Company shall consider the use of the Service to be by the customer who has registered the customer ID.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of a customer ID and password by a third party, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict your use of all or part of the Service or terminate your registration as a customer if any of the following apply
- Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
- If it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information
- In the event that the credit card that the customer has submitted as a means of payment is suspended
- In the event of default in payment of fees or other obligations
- If the Customer does not respond to communications from the Company for a certain period of time
- If you do not use the Service for a certain period of time after your last use of the Service
- In any other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of the Company's actions in accordance with this Article.
Withdrawal from Membership
You may withdraw your membership from the Service through the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
2. Matters Relating to the Service
Purchase Agreement
In the Service, a purchase contract shall be formed when a customer makes a purchase application to the Company and the Company notifies the customer that it has accepted the application.
The ownership of the product shall be transferred to the customer when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company.
The Company may cancel the purchase agreement described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the customer in the event that any of the following events occurs
The method of payment, delivery, cancellation of a purchase order, or return of goods in relation to the Service shall be determined separately by the Company.
- If the customer violates these Terms and Conditions
- the delivery of the product is not completed due to an unknown delivery address or prolonged absence of the customer; or
- Other cases in which the Company deems that the relationship of trust between the Company and the customer has been damaged
Suspension of the Service, etc.
The Company may suspend or discontinue provision of the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the Customer, if the Company deems that there is any of the following reasons
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the customer or any third party as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
- maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to the Service
- In the event that provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
- When computers or telecommunication lines, etc. are stopped due to an accident; or
- In any other case in which we deem it difficult to provide the Service
Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any transaction, communication, or dispute between a customer and another customer or a third party with respect to the Service.
Change of Service Contents, etc.
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the Customer, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer as a result of such change or discontinuation.
