Inkjet printing is a printing method in which ink is sprayed directly onto the fabric using a dedicated printer.
No printing plates or molds are required, and full-color printing is possible from a single sheet with no limit on the number of colors.
Photos and gradations can also be reproduced beautifully.
If you only want one piece or a small number of pieces, you can make it cheaper than silkscreen printing.
There are two types of inkjet printing methods, and the print result differs depending on whether white ink* is used or not.
Basically, white ink is not used for light-colored fabrics such as white, while white ink is used for dark-colored fabrics such as black.
Printing without white ink on light-colored fabrics will result in a finish that blends in with the fabric, similar to an "soak-in" style print.
Depending on the body color, the color of the fabric may become transparent.
*White ink" and "dark color treatment" are used with the same meaning.
*
Printing on dark colored fabrics such as black and navy will result in a subdued finish.

(Left: WITH dark treatment / Right: WITHOUT dark treatment)
When white ink is used for printing on dark-colored fabrics, the ink will be sticky on the fabric like a rubber print.
The white ink is applied to the substrate and the color ink is printed on top of it, so the print will be a little thicker.
Printing with white ink on light-colored fabrics other than white is also possible. Since white ink is first applied to the fabric before printing, the colors will come out beautifully.

*White color in the data will not be printed.
When printing with white ink, darker color treatment (pre-treatment) is required before printing. In addition, an additional charge of +$4.32 per print will be applied when using white ink or printing on a dark colored T-shirt.

Precautions
- Products with dark color treatment must be washed immediately after delivery to remove the treatment agent.
- The application of a "pre-treatment agent" as the first step, followed by heat treatment using a press, may result in the finished product having some stains from the pre-treatment agent or traces of heat treatment.
- White, light colors such as light blue and pink, red, charcoal, sand, charcoal, safety (fluorescent) and other body colors, regardless of the product, tend to leave strong traces of dark color treatment and may not be removed even if the product is washed.
- Therefore, we are unable to provide white ink (dark treatment).
Basically, the product will be delivered with traces of white ink (dark color treatment) pre-treatment remaining.
We can also do laundry at our company for +$1.29 per piece.
*If you plan to use or sell the garment immediately after delivery, we recommend washing it at our company.
Precautions
- Please note that wrinkles, shrinkage and pilling may occur due to selection or tumbler dryer use.
- These will gradually disappear and become less noticeable after several washes, but depending on the body color, pretreatment marks may remain on the fabric.
- To prevent peeling and color fading due to friction against the print, please hand-wash the T-shirt (do not wring the print) or turn the T-shirt inside out and wash it in hot water in a net.
- (Do not wring out the printed area.) Turn the T-shirt inside out and wash it in hot water in a net.
- If the printed surfaces are left in a state where they are stuck to each other after washing, the printed surfaces may stick together and peel off in rare cases. Please hang dry immediately after washing to prevent peeling, etc.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or remanufacturing due to the pre-treatment marks.
When dark color treatment is applied to a solid design with a large coating area, the finish will not be uniform, resulting in a marbled appearance, fluffiness, and unevenness.
The image below is an extreme example, but please be careful when creating your design, as unevenness will be more noticeable when the design has a large area to be painted.
Please be careful when you create your design.

The size can be increased to W400mm x H530mm for an additional charge of 300 yen per spot only when dark color treatment is not used.
The size that can be changed varies depending on the product, so please refer to the size shown in the image "Maximum processing size [inkjet]" on each product page.
All S size bodies are not available for size-up processing.
Overprinting (straddling) is possible on the zip and kangaroo pocket.
Overprinting is available at no extra charge.
Please let us know if you would like this service.
For the processing range, please refer to the sizes shown in the image under "About overprinting [inkjet]" on each product page.
*If overprinting is required in two places, an additional fee of +$4.32 will be charged.
*Overprinting is not available on children's size bodies.

Notes

Stitches and zippers can cause the print to not stick completely
and small cracks to form due to interference with uneven areas.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
The following are precautions regarding the data to be submitted for inkjet printing and printing.
Draft Data Format
- Format of data to be submitted: PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, etc.
- Color format : RGB Resolution 300 recommended
- Print size : Varies depending on the product (basically within W350mm x H400mm)
- Even with the same design data, the finished product will vary depending on the type of body and fabric.
Precautions
- We print the design data provided by the customer as it is.
- Colors may look slightly different depending on your monitor and environment, and the printed product may differ slightly from your image of the colors.
- Color reproduction depends on the nature of the printer and we are not able to fine-tune the colors.
- Please note that the ink is printed at maximum density, but depending on the fabric, body color, or design, the color of the fabric may show through.
- Due to the characteristics of the printer, there may be a 5mm deviation from the specified print position, up, down, left, or right. Please understand this.
- Gold, silver, and fluorescent colors cannot be printed. The colors will be printed in a similar color and will be printed darker than the colors on the screen.
- Printing across seams and bumps is possible, but the print may be rough in those areas.
- Fine lines and dots of 0.5 mm or less may not be reproduced well due to the compatibility with the fabric.
- Basically, printing is only possible on fabrics made of 100% cotton.
