• White plate: Please create in K100%.
• Anti-aliasing, gradation, and translucency are not allowed.
• White plates cannot be adjusted for density, so transparency cannot be reproduced and a solid finish will result (see below).
• When creating a white plate with PSD (bitmap data), please use two shades of gray.
• (No problem if you submit ai (vector data) white plates.

About background transparency processing

White version cannot reproduce transparency * White plates are not required for areas where a transparent finish is desired.

Transparent and blurred areas are printed clearly.

• Minimum 2.5mm is required between design and cutline
• Cutlines must have at least 5mm between cutlines

The design on the reverse side will be reversed from the time of submission.

It can express gloss and luster on prints.
If there is no specification, we will process to cover the entire design. If you specify the area to be glossed, please prepare a layer of gloss version.

• Normally, clear acrylic is printed from the reverse side, but in the case of gloss processing, even clear acrylic is printed from the front side.
• In case of double-sided printing, the design plate on the front, the white plate and the back are printed.
• In the case of double-sided printing, the printing is done in the following order: (1) design plate on the front, (2) white plate, (3) design plate on the back, and (4) gloss plate. Therefore, the finished product will be gloss printed on the reverse side.
