Standard Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will re-create the product and refund you for items that fall under the following categories or are caused by our defects.

How to return products

  1. If you wish to have the product re-produced or refunded, please be sure to contact us in advance with a photograph of the defective part of the product (two photographs taken at close range and at a distance of 1 meter, and if necessary, a photograph of the measurement with a tape measure), and send it to us within 7 days of receipt of the product to the e-mail address you submitted for the product in question.
  2. After checking the e-mail, our representative will contact you by e-mail. Please return the merchandise to the address specified by the representative by cash on delivery.
  3. After checking the returned items, if we determine that the error is due to a defect in our company, we will re-create the item(s) or refund your money.

Criteria for Recognition as Deficiencies

  • Difference in processing size and processing position exceeding 10 mm
  • Defects due to body characteristics that can be determined by photographing from a distance of 1 meter
  • Stains that cannot be removed in one washing
  • When the customer has not specified a numerical value, or when it can be judged that there is a clear difference from the customer's image
  • *However, if there is a discrepancy between the image and other processing instructions, if the submitted data is incomplete, or if there is a discrepancy in design, color, etc. between the submitted data and the image, it will not be subject to re-production or refund.

    *Since there are personal and individual differences, we recommend specifying a numerical value if you want to specify the exact dimensions (W00mm, rib bottom 00mm, etc.).

Criteria for Acceptable Deficiencies

  • If any of the images listed above apply to you
  • If the data has not been submitted correctly or the data itself is incomplete.
  • If we are notified of a return, re-creation, or refund more than 7 days after the product arrives at our store.
  • Products that have already been used or worn
  • Items not listed in the order e-mail, or due to an omission or failure to confirm the contents of the e-mail
  • In case of delivery delays due to lack of payment in full
  • In the event that the customer has not responded to our confirmation, or if the delivery date is delayed due to the late arrival of the tags or the products brought by the customer to our company.
  • Slightly warped fabric, fraying, uneven dyeing, blending of other fibers, misalignment of tags and neck (around the neck), coarse sewing, use of old tags, errors from the indicated size, etc. due to the nature of the product itself.
  • When the stain is so slight that it can be removed in one washing
  • In case of customer's convenience, change of design, quantity or size, or discovery of incompleteness or mistake after payment.
  • Due to a difference in processing size or processing position of less than 10 mm
  • When the ink or embroidery threads cause the crushing of fine lines, color, texture, or other characteristics of the process
  • Due to stains or heat treatment marks caused by the application of a dark color treatment agent
  • If due to wrinkles on the body or shrinkage from washing
  • When the correction is caused by our company's modification of the submitted data at the request of or with the agreement of the customer.
  • If a new design is created because we were not notified that it was an additional production or because we did not check the description of the estimate
  • If you return the product without prior notice
  • For processing with a body brought by the customer, costs other than processing costs
  • Liability for delay, loss or damage related to shipment
  • Liability for costs and damages incurred in transactions with third parties
  • If we determine that there is coercion, threats, extortion, obstruction of business, or any other malicious act or behavior, we will promptly report it to the police and take legal action to stop the transaction.
  • *Please note that in addition to the above-mentioned acts, we may refuse a transaction in consideration of past transactions and order details.

Refusal to Receive or Failure to Deliver Merchandise

The product price and shipping charges will not be refunded in the event that a customer refuses to receive the product or the product cannot be delivered for any reason.

In addition, in the event that an item is returned to us after the delivery company's storage period has expired, we will keep it for two weeks and dispose of it if we are not notified.

In the event that an item is returned by the shipping company for any of the above reasons, the item will be shipped again with the shipping cost paid on delivery.
