Items that cannot be shipped outside of Japan

Some items, such as lighters and mobile chargers, cannot be shipped outside of Japan.

Total amount including shipping charges

The total amount cannot be confirmed on the web site. We will inform you of the total amount including shipping charges in the final quotation by email. Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

  • For orders shipped outside of Japan, the total amount will be displayed in US$
  • You can specify the shipping address during the ordering process
  • The final total amount may vary significantly from the amount quoted in the web site due to fluctuations in exchange rates

Customs Information

If your order value exceeds ¥ 15,500, you will be charged for Customs duty and taxes. If you plan to use Rewards credits, the value of the order (before Rewards credits are applied) needs to be less than ¥ 15,500 to avoid Customs fees. We will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

Some orders may take longer than usual to ship due to delays in air transportation, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances outside our jurisdiction.
You may be required to pay import taxes and duties on your order, which will be charged directly by the shipping company in addition to the delivery charge.
Incorrect shipping addresses may cause delays in customs clearance or delivery failures.

Please note that some shipping companies may charge an additional transfer fee as they will need to forward your order to the correct shipping address.
If the initial delivery fails or cannot be made, the package will be returned to the shipping company's service center.
Once the return process is initiated, the shipping company may charge a re-delivery fee.

Refund Policy

If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please pick up your merchandise first and then follow the shipping company's guidelines.
We will need your email address, order number, contact information, the name or order ID of the damaged merchandise, quantity, price of the merchandise, details of the damage, a photo of the entire box from the outside, and photographic evidence of the damaged merchandise.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that are subject to confiscation by customs.
*If it is determined that delivery to the customer is not possible after 30 days from the first delivery attempt, the item will be subject to destruction.
