Format

We accept PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, etc., in either RGB or CMYK color format.

We can also process hand-drawn illustrations as long as they are beautifully captured in photographic data, so please feel free to consult with us.

The finished product will vary depending on the type of body and fabric, even with the same design data.

Colors

• Up to 5 colors of design (embroidery thread) can be used by default
• For each additional color, an additional $1.8 will be added (up to 8 colors can be used, including the default 5 colors; for set products, an additional charge will be added for each item)
• Please see the thread color sample page
• If the body color is included, 6 colors can be used to reproduce the design.
• We have a wide variety of embroidery thread colors available, but there may be cases where we do not have the exact same color of embroidery thread as the data.

Sizes

• Processing size: Varies depending on the product.
• Please refer to each product page for processing sizes and locations, as they vary depending on the product.
• The usual size for processing on clothing is 80mm x 80mm or less, but larger sizes are available for an additional charge depending on the product (additional charges may vary depending on the size of processing. See as below.).

Front-opening garments (Zip parkas and Jackets)

A maximum of 270mm × 320mm can be processed on the back (either horizontally or vertically)

Basically, embroidery processing is available from 20 mm or more above the brim.

If you have a specific preference for a sewing method (satin stitch, fill stitch, etc.) in the new data that refers to existing similar data, please specify. Unless otherwise specified, we will use the most suitable sewing method according to our standards.

If you have specific specifications regarding the order of embroidery stitches or overlapping areas, please specify them as data or text information when submitting the data. (Refer to the example in the image, but it does not have to be as specific as this one.)
If you do not specify anything in particular, we will produce the product with the best stitching order.

To ensure the quality of the embroidery process, we put non-woven fabric on the back side. We will remove most of it before delivering it to you, but please note that depending on the design, there may be some residue left on it, depending on the design. Also, if you wash it or lightly wet it with water, it will peel off easily.

Please note that the under thread may remain on the back side as shown in the image due to the design or the combination with the material of the back side of the embroidery.
The remaining threads will not affect the surface even if they are cut by the customer, However, please note that if you cut too deeply, it may unravel.

When embroidering T-shirts and sweatshirts (all types of clothing other than caps), a special frame is attached to the body and set on the sewing machine. When the frame is removed after the embroidery is completed, the marks from the frame may remain on the body.
We will ship the product with the marks as inconspicuous as possible, but please note that there may be some thin marks left. The marks will be almost completely removed by washing the product after arrival.

It is difficult to reproduce your design as it is in the embroidery process.
Especially, it is not suitable for reproducing complex (dense) designs with thin line widths, dots, gradations, and other designs that are too detailed.
Simple designs with bold line widths are suitable for embroidery processing and produce a more beautiful finish.

The recommended line width depends on the softness and thickness of the fabric. For non-stretchable, firm fabrics*, the line width should be at least 1mm (2mm for luminescent thread only) for best results. *Caps, patches, coach jackets, etc.
When embroidering on soft and stretchy fabrics such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, and socks, it is recommended to use a line width of at least 3mm to 5mm for a more beautiful finish.

If there is a gap of less than 1mm between designs, a "connecting thread" as shown in the red circle will be created to maintain the quality of the finished product (and also to reinforce it).

Even in the case of a spacing of less than 1mm, we aim to create a natural finish by connecting the closest points to each other, but if you would like a finish with no spacing, please leave at least 1mm between designs.

The color of the largest fill in the design will be the "base color" of the badge, and the embroidery process itself will not be performed.

The design will be embroidered on the base color of your choice.
You can choose up to 5 colors of embroidery thread for the design of the badge.
Together with the colors of the base color, please compose a total of 6 colors for the design.
The solid base allows for a certain amount of detail in the design. However, when using multiple colors or embroidering a wide area of tatami stitches, misalignment may occur.
The badge can be adhered to other fabrics with an iron press.
The more areas of embroidery that are painted on, the weaker the adhesion will be, so we highly recommend using a design with more colors in the base color.

We do not provide badge attachment services.
Ironing may not be suitable for some fabrics. In that case, please attach the badge by sewing instead of ironing.

Some caps are available with 3D embroidery / Super 3D embroidery.
In both cases, a urethane material is inserted into the embroidery to create a three-dimensional finish.
3D embroidery (1 piece of urethane material) is $3.6, Super 3D embroidery (2 pieces of urethane material) will incur an additional charge of $7.2.

By using a glitter sheet, it is possible to make a wide range of multicolored and glossy markings on glittery materials that cannot be achieved with direct embroidery. *May not be used depending on the product.

Glitter sheets can be used for an additional charge of $3.6. When submitting your manuscript, please choose from the 6 colors below and specify which color you would like to use in your design.
