1. ORDER PROCEDURE

Please add the items you wish to process to the cart, enter your information, and complete your order. Please wait to make payment until our representative sends you an e-mail with a quotation. The total amount will vary depending on the design, processing details, quantity, etc.

2. SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN

After the above procedure, we will send you an e-mail with information on the submission request. You are requested to reply with the details of the processing and the desired delivery date. If you do not receive the email, or if you have any questions regarding the submission of your design, please contact us using the inquiry form.

3. ESTIMATE and PAYMENT

After our staff checks the submitted data and processing details, we will send you an estimate by e-mail. After confirming the contents of the quotation and the amount, please make your payment.
Please email us if you have any changes or questions We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after payment has been made

4. CONFIRMATION, PROCESSING, and DELIVERY

After payment is received, your order will be confirmed and we will proceed with ordering and production of the product. The product will be delivered according to the customer's desired delivery date.

A. YES. You can order from 1 piece (there is no minimum lot).

In the case of silk screen printing, there is an additional charge for plates, etc. for orders of 9 or less. However, there is no additional charge for inkjet printing, embroidery, or UV printing.
Some items are sold in sets

A. Normally, it takes about 10 business days from the time of payment, but please consult us if you are in a hurry (minimum 3 days).

The delivery time varies depending on the product and processing details, etc., but we will do our best to accommodate your needs in a hurry.

A. NO. There is no problem even if you do not have an application, PC, or software (you can submit even a single hand-drawn illustration).

Basically, it is no problem if you send us a larger image in full size.
You can send us JPEG, PNG, PDF files, handwritten manuscripts, or other large images. Of course, Photoshop and Illustrator files are also acceptable.
If you are unsure of the file format or submission method, that's no problem at all, please contact us!

A. YES. Please take a photo or scan your manuscript with a smart phone or digital camera and send it to us by e-mail as an image file (you do not need to send the original).

We would appreciate it if you could take care to avoid shadows and unnecessary parts of the image as much as possible.

A. Please refer to the description on each product page for details, as they vary depending on the processing method.

Basically, we can process large, full-size images if you send them to us. However, if you have particular specifications, please refer to the format and precautions listed on each product page in addition to the information below in order to minimize any discrepancies between the submitted file and the print.
・In the case of inkjet printing and UV printing in particular, the submitted file will be printed as is, so please make sure that all backgrounds, etc. that do not require printing are transparent before submitting.
・If you are using fonts, please create outlines.
・Inkjet prints should be printed in RGB, and UV prints in CMYK.
No need to specify color mode for silk screen printing, embroidery processing, and DTF printing.

A. We do have templates, but they are not required.

We do not require you to submit your work in the form of a template so that we can be more flexible in our submission process.
If you would like to use a template, you can download it from the URL in the email you receive or from the URL on each product page.

A. Depends on the product and processing method. Please refer to the images on each product page.

Silk screen prints should be no larger than W300mm×H430mm or W380mm×H300mm.
The maximum size for inkjet prints is W350mm×H400mm.
Embroidery and UV printing are different for each product.

A. Only silk screen printing, inkjet printing, and embroidery processing are available

For silkscreen printing, it is possible to produce an extra-large version within W400mm x H500mm (+$57.6/per screen).
Inkjet prints can be increased in size up to W400mm x H530mm without DARK COLOR TREATMENT ($2.16/per spot).
Embroidery processing is available for 160mm x 160mm for an additional charge of +$5.76, 240mm x 240mm for an additional charge of +$14.4, and 320mm x 270mm for an additional charge of +$20.16.
In all cases, we may not be able to provide the service depending on the equipment used or the size of the product itself.

A. Please specify numerical values when you submit your design, or send us an image of the finished product.

or we can adjust the image according to the design.A rough image like the one below is totally fine.
If you leave it to us, our staff will produce the best possible result based on our extensive experience

A. It may take some time, but it is possible.

Please note that the purpose of this service is to share the size and position of the finished product, so please refrain from using it for the purpose of selling products

A. Silk screen printing is limited to 4 colors per location. We can also provide up to 6 colors per location on the condition that a minimum order of 20 pieces is placed on a case-by-case basis.
For embroidery processing, up to 5 colors can be used per location. Up to 8 colors can be used with an option of +$1.44 for each additional color starting from the 6th color.

Some sizes and products are exceptions. Please refer to the images on each product page for details. There is no limit on the number of colors for inkjet, UV, and DTF prints.

A. For silk screen printing, an additional +$1.8 will be added for each additional color after the second color. For embroidery processing, there is no additional charge for up to five colors, and an additional +$1.44 will be added for each additional color after the sixth color.

The first color is included in the product price

A. The price includes the price of the product itself and the price of one processing.

The price will also change if the processing method is changed. In the case of silk screen printing, the price is for one plate(one color).

A. It depends on the design, quantity, etc.

For details on design, options, please request them when submitting your design after completing your order on the website.
Our staff will e-mail you a quotation including additional charges.

A. The following amounts will be added depending on the processing method.

If you wish to have multiple locations processed, please let us know when you submit your design by e-mail after your order is complete.
Our staff will e-mail you a quotation including additional charges. The following is an example of the cost for processing two locations on a GILDAN 6.0 oz Ultra Cotton T-Shirt (#2000).

A. There is a plate charge only for silkscreen printing.

$13.68 per plate for orders of 9 or less, but free for orders of 10 or more There is no plate/mold charge for inkjet printing, embroidery, and UV printing.

A. There is no expiration date, and we store them semi-permanently free of charge.

When you place an additional order, please let us know with your order ID at the time of the order.

A. NO. If you order 10 or more items with the same design, there is no plate charge even if they are all different products. However, if the size or angle of the design is changed, the design will need to be re-engraved, and the plate cost will be charged according to the quantity.

A. There is no plate charge for additional production, even for one piece.

Even if the product is different from the previous one and is processed in a different position, there is of course no plate charge. But if the size or angle of the design is changed, the design will need to be re-engraved, and the plate cost will be charged according to the quantity.

A. It is the cost of cleaning the same silk screen printing plate when changing the ink color.

$6.48 per color *Free for 10 or more of each ink. The color change fee is also charged for additional production depending on the quantity. There is no color change fee for inkjet printing, embroidery processing, or UV printing.

A. Yes, it is possible. The following amounts will be added depending on the combination.

If you would like to combine different processes, please let us know when you submit your design via e-mail after completing your order. Our staff will e-mail you a quotation including additional charges.
Please note that we may not be able to do double processing on the same area (e.g., layering embroidery over inkjet printing).
The following is an example of the cost for processing two locations on a GILDAN 6.0 oz Ultra Cotton T-Shirt (#2000).

A. Yes, we can order items if they are available at our suppliers (no additional charge).

Please let us know the product number and other details of the item.

A. Yes, we can order items in sizes 2XL and larger for an additional charge if the item is available at the supplier (+$1.8 per size increase).

2XL is +$1.8, 3XL is +$3.6, and 4XL is +$5.4. The price will be changed by $1.8 for each size up.

A. Yes, on condition that there are at least 20 pieces per design and that our suppliers do not carry them.

In addition, the items must not be used clothing or luxury brand items, etc. Even in cases where the principle is satisfied, processing may be refused due to a conflict in the production situation.

A. No, it is not. Basically, our factory does not have stock, and after receiving payment, we place orders with our suppliers each time, so there are cases where we do not have stock.

Stock fluctuates widely, especially for winter clothing and popular items. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A. Currently, only bank transfers are accepted.

Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A. The shipping fee is 1,000yen per order (regardless of the product or quantity).

We can accept delivery to a second or subsequent locations for an additional charge of 1,000yen each.

A. We are not acceptable to pick up the products directly at the factory. We can only deliver the products by shipping.

A. OPP bagging is available for $0.72 per item, and sewing labels* is available for unknown per.

For OPP bagging, we will attach a size sticker on top of the bag.(Small sundries cannot be packed in bags.) or details on sewing labels, please refer to the separate "Original Label Sewing Service" page.

A. Yes, of course. Please consult with us regarding delivery dates, and so on.

A. We cannot create samples for free, but you can order from a single item.

We can also create mock-up images (at no additional charge).

A. Some of our products are displayed at our studios in Mitaka, Tokyo and Toda Park, Saitama.

At the studio, customers can experience silkscreen printing and inkjet printing for themselves, and can take their products home on the same day.
