Please submit a mix of both sides A and B according to the length of the cassette you purchased.
Basically, we do not perform mixing or sound editing, so please submit the complete data.
We can also provide dubbing service from CDs and cassette tapes if you send us the media.
*When submitting CDs, please send two CDs, one for side A and one for side B.
*We are not responsible for data deterioration when submitting sound data for data submission.
The sound quality will depend on the state of mastering, but will be different from the original sound you submitted due to the cassette quality, and may be more muffled due to the narrower range compared to CDs or subscriptions.
Notes
We allow for an error of ±2% of the speed of the recorded sound, or about 4 seconds for a 3-minute recording, depending on the standard of the cassette tape player and the tape itself.
How to submit?
For 30-minute tapes
If you wish to record 4 songs on side A, please submit a single track (1 file) of no more than 14 minutes and 50 seconds for all 4 songs together. (We recommend that you allow 10 seconds for the minutes to vary depending on the individual cassette tapes themselves.)
In the same way, please prepare the sound data for side B in a single track (single file).
*We do not dub one track at a time, so please refrain from submitting 4 separate files for each track.
*We would appreciate it if you could indicate the name of the data so that we can easily identify the A side and the B side.
Example: cornerprinting_A-side.wav / cornerprinting_B-side.wav
Sound Source Format : WAV, AIFF
We recommend 44.1khz 24bit or 16bit sampling rate.
*High-resolution recording is not supported.
*We will do our best to accommodate submissions in formats other than the above, but please note that we will convert the data to WAV files, so please be aware of any changes in sound quality.
