About Obi Service Inspired by the obi of a vinyl record, the obi service can be attached to a cassette case. Any element of your choice can be printed within the area, such as text, photos, and illustrations. Since the processing area is small, we will make our best proposal if it is difficult to reproduce your design, such as the size of the text or the detail of the illustration. We can also add an option for a package fee plus 150 yen per unit, and we will attach it to the cassette case. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
