Submitting design data does not require software such as Illustrator or Photoshop. Generally, Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc., are all acceptable. Please feel free to consult us if you are unsure about file formats. Generally, full-size, larger images are perfectly fine.

File colour mode: CMYK recommended (if you submit files in RGB, we will convert them, but there may be slight variations in colour) File formats: PSD, AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, etc. (Resolution of 300 dpi or higher recommended) *You do not need to have software such as Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files. We will do our best to accommodate submissions in formats other than those listed above, so please feel free to contact us. *If submitting files in Illustrator, please ensure that cut lines are in path format and print areas are in image format. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about file formats. *If you are unable to create cut lines, we can create them for you if you are happy to leave it to us. We are unable to print in gold, silver or fluorescent colours; these will be printed in similar shades and will appear slightly lighter than the colours displayed on screen. We will print the design data you provide exactly as supplied; however, depending on your monitor and viewing environment, the colours in the final product may differ slightly from those in the data. Fine lines of 0.3mm or less may not be reproduced accurately. Vibrant colours are achieved using a two-plate process: a white underprint followed by colour printing. *If printed without a white underprint, the finish will appear translucent, making light-coloured designs difficult to see. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
