The print will be applied only to the back or palm of the hand (double-sided processing is not possible in principle due to production reasons). The gathers on the wrists are designed to break when worn due to the production process. It may be difficult to reproduce detailed designs due to the roughness of the body. The reproducibility of the colors may differ between the monitor and the actual finish. There is a possibility that the fine prints may peel off due to the body's construction.

You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
