We will deliver the product with a small amount of spare parts, so if defective products should occur, we would be grateful if you could forgive us if they are within the amount of the spare parts.
If there are more defective items than we have in reserve, we apologize but we would be happy to refund you at the unit price per item.

Please allow 6 weeks from the time of payment to the time of delivery for production at overseas factories.
Please understand in advance that there is a possibility that there will be a delay in delivery.
This product can only be ordered as a single item.
*It cannot be bundled with other processed products.

Maximum 5 colors (including background color).
We will use the same color as the data you submitted.
If you wish to use phosphorescent (white), please specify it in advance.
*Please note that there is a possibility that the color may differ from the color in the data.
*It is also possible to specify PANTONE+Solid Coated.

In this product, after the mold is made with metal plates, colored rubber is poured into the mold to create a multilayered structure in which the boundaries of the colors are visible.
This multi-layered structure creates a three-dimensional effect on the body and realizes vivid colors.
Due to the structure, there is always a gap between one ink color and another.
Therefore, ink colors cannot be placed next to each other without gaps, nor can gradations be expressed.
We would appreciate it if you could consider a design with a rim at the border of each color.
Please note that too thin a line may result in a finish in which the substrate in the gap cannot be seen.
*With regard to small dots and fill designs, if the width of the design is not more than 1mm, it may not be possible to reproduce the design or it may be grazed.

We will adjust the unevenness of the design to achieve the best possible finish.
Therefore, please understand that the design of the unevenness will be left to us in principle.
The first layer is the base layer, and characters, logos, fine characters, designs, etc. are placed on the second layer by convex processing.
Therefore, please note that the base color (color of the reverse side) is not limited to white or black, but may vary depending on the design.
It is possible to specify the concave portion and the base color, but please note that if you do not provide accurate instructions, there is a possibility of discrepancies in reproduction.
We recommend that you leave it to us in order to avoid any discrepancies in reproduction.

The position of the keyhole (hole) can be specified. If you wish to specify the position of the keyhole, please place it in the desired location using the circular path provided in the template.
*If you wish to place it on the inside of the design, please do not place it more than 3mm from the edge of the design. The chain will not be able to be attached.
Only one keyhole is available, so please do not place more than one keyhole.

Please note that fine lines of 0.5mm or less may be grazed or may not be able to be processed because the ink cannot be poured.
In addition, we may fine-tune the data so that it can be processed in the production process.
Please note that there is a possibility that the finished product may differ slightly between the data and the actual product.
Please note that there is a limit to the reproduction of designs depending on the finished size.

Illustrator is recommended for design data submission.
PDF, JPEG, PNG, handwritten manuscripts are all acceptable.
