Please note that if the data resolution is low or if anti-aliasing is applied to the outlines, opaque areas may also be interpreted as part of the design. As white underprint data will be generated for these areas as well, the white underprint may be printed slightly larger than the actual design outline. *The white underprint cannot reproduce semi-transparent areas or gradients with transparency. *Due to the production process, there may be slight misalignment in the print position. *We do not offer individual packaging. *Seams on the body are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process, and their position varies from product to product.

Recommended colour mode for file submission: CMYK (If you submit files in RGB, we will convert them for you, but please note that the colours may vary slightly.) *You do not need to have software such as Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files. We will do our best to accommodate submissions in formats other than those listed above, so please feel free to contact us. We are unable to print in gold, silver or fluorescent colours; instead, we will print in similar shades, which may appear slightly lighter than the colours displayed on screen. We will print the design data provided by the customer exactly as received; however, the final colour may differ slightly from the data due to variations in your monitor and viewing environment. Fine lines of 0.3mm or less may not be reproduced clearly. Vibrant colours are achieved using a two-plate specification: white underprint + colour printing. *When viewed from the reverse side, the white underprint will be visible (in the case of translucent materials). *If printed without a white underprint, the finish will appear translucent, making light-coloured designs difficult to see.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
