Color mode : CMYK recommended (If you submit your design data in RGB, we will convert it, but the color will change slightly. Format : PSD, AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, etc. (Resolution of 300 or higher recommended) (Resolution of 300 or higher recommended) *Illustrator, Photoshop, or other software is not required to submit design data. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
