This product is a set of 2 pieces per design. *Different designs cannot be combined within a set of 2. Please note that if the resolution of the data is low or if the outline is anti-aliased, the opaque area will be judged as a design, and the white plate data will be generated for that area as well. *White plates cannot reproduce translucent areas or gradations with transparency. *Please note that there may be slight deviations in the print position due to the production process. *Individual packaging is not available.

Color mode : CMYK recommended Format : PSD, AI, PDF, etc. (resolution of 300 recommended) *We will do our best to accommodate submissions in formats other than those listed above, so please feel free to contact us for more information. The color will be vividly reproduced by using a white plate and a color print. *If you print without a white plate, it will be transparent and light-colored designs will be difficult to see. *Gold, silver, and fluorescent colors cannot be printed. The colors will be printed in a similar color and will be printed lighter than the color on the screen. *We will print your design data as it is, but the color of the finished product may differ slightly from the data on your monitor or the environment you are using. *Fine lines of 0.3 mm or less may not be reproduced beautifully.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
