When washing at home, in order to prevent peeling and color fading due to friction against the print, please hand-wash or put in a net and wash in hot water (please do not wring out the print).

You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine. We recommend RGB format with a resolution of about 300. Since we print on thin white fabric, if there are a lot of black, red, navy blue, or other dark single-color fill areas, the print will be lighter in color than the data due to the fabric. Black will be printed a little lighter and reproduced as dark gray.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
