This product is sold in sets of 10 per design. *We are unable to mix different designs or colors within a set of 10. Please note that if the image resolution is low or if the outlines are anti-aliased, opaque areas may be interpreted as part of the design, causing white background data to be generated for those areas as well. As a result, the white background may print slightly larger than the actual design outline. *White printing cannot reproduce semi-transparent areas or gradients with transparency. *Due to the manufacturing process, there may be a misalignment of approximately 0.1 mm between the white and color prints. *We do not provide individual packaging. *Please submit your design in the orientation you intend to use it. A minimum of 2.5mm is required between the cutline and the design.
The hole for the chain should be at least 3mm. (Ball diameter is 2.4mm) It is possible for us to make cut lines along the design. In this case, we will make the cutline 2.5mm outward from the design. *Please let us know the position of the hole for the chain (e.g., above the character's head, etc.). Please note that we may need to adjust the cutline if it is less than 2.5mm from the design.
Printing without a white plate will result in a translucent finish, making light-colored designs difficult to see. If you want a transparent finish, we recommend processing without a white plate.

If not specified, the entire design will be covered. If you wish to specify the area to be gloss processed, please prepare a gloss layer. *Normally, clear acrylic is printed from the reverse side, but in the case of gloss processing, we will print from the front side even on clear acrylic.

There is a possibility that minute air bubbles may appear in the finished product. Please understand in advance that it is difficult to prevent bubbles completely in the process.

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
