*For the Sagara embroidery (puffy) section, choose up to 2 colors from the Sagara embroidery thread palette and specify these colors within your design data.
※You can select up to 5 thread colors total, including the 2 Sagara embroidery thread colors mentioned above and regular embroidery thread.
(Add +¥250 per color for up to 3 Sagara colors, or +¥200 for up to 5 regular embroidery colors)
※If the Sagara section or gaps are less than 5mm wide, we may not be able to accept it as Sagara embroidery.
※If the sagara section is bordered, the border width must be at least 2mm.
※The felt edges will be trimmed. Please specify your desired cut line (at least 5mm outside the design).

About Submission
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data.
Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable.
If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us.
Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
