The iron-on type allows for easy application, making it simple to enjoy customizing your items. Recommended as an accent to highlight your individuality! *Please select the base felt color from 26 available shades. *For the Sagara embroidery (puffy) section, choose up to 2 colors from the Sagara embroidery thread palette and specify these colors within your design data. ※You can select up to 5 thread colors total, including the 2 Sagara embroidery thread colors mentioned above and regular embroidery thread. (Add +¥250 per color for up to 3 Sagara colors, or +¥200 for up to 5 regular embroidery colors) ※If the Sagara section or gaps are less than 5mm wide, we may not be able to accept it as Sagara embroidery. ※If the sagara section is bordered, the border width must be at least 2mm. ※The felt edges will be trimmed. Please specify your desired cut line (at least 5mm outside the design).
This product comes in a set of five per design. *Different designs and colors cannot be combined within a set of five.

You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
