◾️ Super 3D embroidery ・Change to Super 3D embroidery: 5,000 yen Super 3D embroidery is available. By adding urethane material to the embroidery, a three-dimensional finish will be achieved. ※ Only one color of embroidery thread can be used for 3D embroidery. For designs with two or more colors, only one of the colors will be 3D embroidered. ※ For 3D embroidery, we recommend simple, thick letters rather than complex designs. ※ Gold (MG2), silver (MS1), phosphorescent, and aluminum-based threads cannot be 3D embroidered due to the balance of materials. ※ If the line width of the design itself and the gaps within the design are not about 5mm to 10mm wide, we may not be able to accept it as 3D embroidery.
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
