*You may select up to 3 embroidery thread colors per location. *If you wish to have different designs on the left and right shoes, this is only available for orders of 10 pairs or more with the same combination (up to 3 embroidery thread colors per location, for a total of up to 6 colors across both shoes). You don’t need to have software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files. We accept virtually any format, including Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, and hand-drawn sketches. If you’re unsure about file formats, please feel free to contact us. As long as the image is full-size and of sufficient quality, it should be fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
