*The sides of the canvas will not be printed. *Please note that the canvas itself may have minor stains and scratches from the original. *Please note that the product may have different specifications depending on the stocking situation, but the quality will remain the same. *Please note that there may be some deviation in the print position due to the production process. *Individual packaging is not available.

Color mode of your submission: CMYK recommended (If you submit your design data in RGB, we will convert it, but the color will change slightly.) *(If you are submitting design data in RGB, we will convert the data to RGB, but the colors will be slightly different. We will do our best to accommodate submissions in formats other than those listed above, so please feel free to contact us. We cannot print in gold, silver, or fluorescent colors. We will print the design data as it is, but the color of the data and the finished product may differ slightly depending on the monitor and environment you are using. (Thin lines of 0.3 mm or less may not be reproduced beautifully. If you wish to print on the entire surface of the print, please submit the data with the canvas size filled in +10mm in height and width. In order to avoid bleed-through, we recommend that you place letters and other important designs inside the canvas, rather than at the edges. If you wish to print on a part of the canvas, please let us know the size and position of the print. *Please note that the print may show the grain of the canvas. *UV printing is not suitable for single-color fill designs.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
