Due to the nature of the product and the fact that it is made at an overseas factory, there may be individual differences in the finished product, such as slight scratches, dents, ink overflows, and bent pins.
In addition, due to the production process, there may be slight differences from the finish of the previous order, even in the case of additional orders of the same design. After inspection by our company, we may deliver the product as acceptable.

We plan to deliver the product with a small amount of spare parts, so in the unlikely event that a defective product is produced, we would appreciate it if you could forgive us if the defective product is within the amount of the spare parts.
If there are more defective items than the reserve quantity, we would be happy to refund at the unit price per item.

The position and orientation of attachments cannot be specified. Please understand that we will leave it to you to decide on the best balance.
Also, depending on the design and size, two attachments may be attached in order to maintain balance during installation. Please understand this in advance.

Please allow 6 weeks from the time of payment to the time of delivery for this product due to its production at an overseas factory.
Please understand in advance that there is a possibility that there will be a delay in receiving the product.

This product is made by pressing a metal plate and pouring ink into the concave/convex part after making the concave/convex part, so one ink color must be covered by a convex part (edge).
Therefore, it is not possible to put ink colors next to each other without a border or to express gradation.
We would appreciate it if you could consider a design in which the border line of each color is always covered by a border.

Please note that thin lines of 0.5 mm or less may be thickened or crushed.
In addition, we may fine-tune the data so that it can be processed during production.
