You do not need to use Illustrator or Photoshop to submit design data; Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine. About colors: Please note that the color of the data and the finished product may differ slightly depending on the monitor and environment used. Gold, silver, and fluorescent colors cannot be used for printing. The colors will be printed in a similar color and will be lighter than the colors on the screen. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
