This is a 5-pack assortment of B-grade caps with US-style bodies. These are items that were rejected during our incoming inspection and would normally be discarded due to minor imperfections (such as stains, sewing flaws, off-center stitching, or distorted shapes). However, if these imperfections don’t bother you, you likely won’t even notice them. We’ve decided to list them here in the hope of putting them to good use rather than throwing them away. We can offer these at a significantly lower price than usual. You’ll receive a random assortment of bodies, including various brands, colors, 5-panel, and 6-panel styles. We can produce them for approximately 1,300 yen each. Due to variations in manufacturers and the condition of the body, there may be slight differences between individual items even within the same size. We will make minor adjustments to the embroidery placement as needed to account for these variations. As these are B-grade items, they may have damage such as holes, fading, stains, pilling, or wrinkles. Please check the images provided to assess the extent of the damage. Please consider this information before placing your order. All items will be embroidered using the same design and embroidery thread color. We are unable to accommodate requests to change the embroidery thread. Please note that since the body color is random, depending on the embroidery thread you select, the embroidery may end up being the same color as the body.

You don’t need to have software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files. We accept virtually any format, including Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, and hand-drawn sketches. If you’re unsure about file formats, please feel free to contact us. As long as the image is full-size and of sufficient quality, it should be fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
