Colt Paterson Cotton Camp Cap (#CP023)
Made from the soft cotton twill fabric that has long been a staple of Colt Patterson’s cap series and featuring a flat front design, this cap can be worn year-round. White stitching adds a stylish accent.
With a standard depth and brim length for a camping cap, it offers a comfortable, secure fit. The overall design is beautifully balanced!
Designed with “versatility” in mind to complement any style, this cap has been updated to suit today’s mixed-culture aesthetic. [ Colt Paterson ] This is an original headwear brand produced by the staff of CORNER PRINTING, who have been involved in the production of many blank bodies. The aim is to develop basic products that are not found in ready-made products, with the premise of applying secondary processing such as printing and embroidery.

◾️3D Embroidery
・Upgrade to 3D embroidery: +500 yen
We offer 3D embroidery. By inserting urethane material into the embroidery, we create a three-dimensional finish.
*The embroidery thread color for the 3D embroidery area is limited to one color. For designs with two or more colors, only one of those colors will be used for the 3D embroidery.
*We recommend simple, bold text rather than complex designs for 3D embroidery.
*3D embroidery is available only on the front.
*Due to material limitations, gold (MG2), silver (MS1), glow-in-the-dark, and aluminum-based threads are not compatible with 3D embroidery.
*If the line width of the design itself is between 5mm and 20mm, and there is not at least 3mm of space between elements within the design, we may be unable to accept it for 3D embroidery.
◾️ Embroidery Glitter Sheet
For additional glitter sheets: +500 yen
Glitter sheets allow for extensive multi-colored, glossy markings that cannot be achieved with direct embroidery of glittery lame materials.
◾️Appliqué Embroidery (Reflector / PU Leather)

Using reflective sheets (retroreflective materials that reflect light back toward the light source) or PU leather sheets allows for marking over a wider area than is possible with direct embroidery.
*The minimum line width around the perimeter of the reflector must be 2mm or more.
*The line width must be constant (for example, 2mm, it will be fixed at 2mm).
All measurements in the size chart are taken by placing the garment flat on the table, but there may be slight errors or individual differences depending on the product and production lot.
In addition, for items that have been converted from inch measurements, there may be an error of approximately 2.5cm to 5cm due to differences in measurement methods and individual differences.

Please note that sizes and colors may change without prior notice from the supplier.
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data.
Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable.
