We cannot print in gold, silver, or fluorescent colors. We will print the design data as it is, but the color of the data and the finished product may differ slightly depending on the monitor and environment used. (Thin lines of 0.3 mm or less may not be reproduced beautifully. The color will be vividly reproduced by using a white plate and a color plate. *When viewed from the reverse side, the white of the white plate is visible (for transparent materials). *If printed without the white plate, it will be transparent and light-colored designs will be difficult to see. A minimum of 2.5mm is required between the cutline and the design.
The hole for the chain should be at least 3mm. (Ball diameter is 2.4mm) It is possible for us to make cut lines along the design. In this case, we will make the cutline 2.5mm outward from the design. *Please let us know the position of the hole for the chain (e.g., above the character's head, etc.). Please note that we may need to adjust the cutline if it is less than 2.5mm from the design.
Printing without a white plate will result in a translucent finish, making light-colored designs difficult to see. If you want a transparent finish, we recommend processing without a white plate.

If not specified, the entire design will be covered. If you wish to specify the area to be gloss processed, please prepare a gloss layer. *Normally, clear acrylic is printed from the reverse side, but in the case of gloss processing, we will print from the front side even on clear acrylic.

There is a possibility that minute air bubbles may appear in the finished product. Please understand in advance that it is difficult to prevent bubbles completely in the process.
We offer double-sided printing (3-layer printing) for clear acrylic only. Three layers are printed on one side in the following order: color, white, and color. The print on the front side is visible through the acrylic. Please create the design data so that the design on the front side and the back side overlap exactly when reversed. Please be careful to place text, logos, etc. so that they are readable when viewed from each side. (*Please note that due to the nature of printers, there may be a 0.1mm gap between the print on the front and back sides. *If there is a light-colored design or watermark, there is a possibility that the opposite side will show through.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
