Please refer to [Maximum processing size] in the image for the processing size of this product. *You can specify up to 3 colors of embroidery threads for each embroidery location. *If you wish to have different designs on the left and right sides, this is only possible for 10 or more pairs of the same combination (3 colors of embroidery thread per location, up to a maximum of 6 colors for the left and right sides in total). You do not need to have software such as Illustrator or Photoshop to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
