[Sewing pattern]
The A-D/F-H shapes have a seam allowance, so they are basically stitched on one side of the top edge.
E square 50mm × 50mm (no seam allowance) is sewn on all four sides.

[In the case of delivery of tag products only, without sewing]
When only tags are delivered, they are not folded.

Price per sheet includes plate cost (tax included).
Print only production is also available.
*We cannot ship by mail, and a separate shipping fee of ￥1,000 will be charged.

Please note that the ink colors that can be used vary depending on the material.
*Because it is a one-color print, it is not possible to process with multiple colors.
*Ink color change is possible within a set, but not fabric changeover.

Sewing The Label

Color mode : RGB recommended
Please note that fine lines of 1pt (0.35mm) or less may not be printed cleanly. 7pt or less (for capital letters) is recommended for 8pt or more, as it tends to be crushed. Solid black text, nurigana characters, line designs, etc. will be crushed.

Illustrator (color mode RGB) is recommended for design data submission.
We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, handwritten manuscripts, and any other type of data.
RGB color mode is recommended, but other color modes are also acceptable.

[Other notes]
Depending on the font, capital letters (Gothic) of 7pt or smaller will be easily smashed. Please note that lines of 0.35mm or less will cause print shattering and rattling.
Grayscale images can be produced using the halftone dot process, but since the printing area is small, the reproduction will be difficult and prone to smashing.
