Color mode : RGB recommended Please note that fine lines of 1pt (0.35mm) or less may not be printed cleanly. 7pt or less (for capital letters) is recommended for 8pt or more, as it tends to be crushed. Solid black text, nurigana characters, line designs, etc. will be crushed. Illustrator (color mode RGB) is recommended for design data submission. We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, handwritten manuscripts, and any other type of data. RGB color mode is recommended, but other color modes are also acceptable. [Other notes] Depending on the font, capital letters (Gothic) of 7pt or smaller will be easily smashed. Please note that lines of 0.35mm or less will cause print shattering and rattling. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
