Submitting design data does not require software such as Illustrator or Photoshop. Generally, Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc., are all acceptable. Please feel free to consult us if you are unsure about file formats. Generally, full-size, larger images are perfectly fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
