Colt Paterson Unstructure 6panel Nylon Cap (#CP022)
Made from water-repellent nylon taffeta, it has a crisp texture yet a low-sheen finish, making it a versatile and easy-to-wear item.
The cap features the same 6-panel design as the Colt Paterson Unstructure 6panel Cotton Cap (#CP014), but this version has a nylon back strap.
It’s surprisingly hard to find a blank cap with this shape and material from other brands, so I highly recommend it. [ Colt Paterson ] This is an original headwear brand produced by the staff of CORNER PRINTING, who have been involved in the production of many blank bodies. The aim is to develop basic products that are not found in ready-made products, with the premise of applying secondary processing such as printing and embroidery.

◾️3D Embroidery
・Upgrade to 3D embroidery: +500 yen
We offer 3D embroidery. By inserting urethane material into the embroidery, we create a three-dimensional finish.
*The embroidery thread color for the 3D embroidery area is limited to one color. For designs with two or more colors, only one of those colors will be used for the 3D embroidery.
*We recommend simple, bold text rather than complex designs for 3D embroidery.
*3D embroidery is available only on the front.
*Due to material limitations, gold (MG2), silver (MS1), glow-in-the-dark, and aluminum-based threads are not compatible with 3D embroidery.
*If the line width of the design itself is between 5mm and 20mm, and there is not at least 3mm of space between elements within the design, we may be unable to accept it for 3D embroidery.
◾️ Embroidery Glitter Sheet
For additional glitter sheets: +500 yen
Glitter sheets allow for extensive multi-colored, glossy markings that cannot be achieved with direct embroidery of glittery lame materials.
◾️Appliqué Embroidery (Reflector / PU Leather)

Using reflective sheets (retroreflective materials that reflect light back toward the light source) or PU leather sheets allows for marking over a wider area than is possible with direct embroidery.
*The minimum line width around the perimeter of the reflector must be 2mm or more.
*The line width must be constant (for example, 2mm, it will be fixed at 2mm).
All measurements in the size chart are taken with the item laid flat; however, there may be slight variations or individual differences depending on the product or production batch.
Additionally, for products where measurements are listed in inches (converted from the original), differences in measurement methods or individual variations may result in discrepancies of approximately 2.5 cm to 5 cm.

Basically, we accept any format—including Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, and hand-drawn sketches.
