An additional charge (size up charge) will be added per piece for sizes XXL (2XL) and larger, and an additional 250 yen will be added to the listed price for each additional size.
You don't need software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design data. We accept Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, handwritten drafts, and more. If you're unsure about file formats, please feel free to ask. Generally, larger images at actual size are acceptable.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
