By inserting urethane material into the embroidery, we create a three-dimensional finish.*The embroidery thread color for the 3D embroidery area is limited to one color. For designs with two or more colors, only one of those colors will be used for the 3D embroidery.*We recommend simple, bold text rather than complex designs for 3D embroidery.*3D embroidery is available only on the front.*Due to material limitations, gold (MG2), silver (MS1), glow-in-the-dark, and aluminum-based threads are not compatible with 3D embroidery.*If the line width of the design itself is between 5mm and 20mm, and there is not at least 3mm of space between elements within the design, we may be unable to accept it for 3D embroidery.◾️ Embroidery Glitter SheetFor additional glitter sheets: +500 yenGlitter sheets allow for extensive multi-colored, glossy markings that cannot be achieved with direct embroidery of glittery lame materials.◾️Appliqué Embroidery (Reflector / PU Leather)Appliqué Embroidery (Reflector / PU Leather) Additional: +¥1,000(Additional ¥1,000 for each additional size)Using reflective sheets (retroreflective materials that reflect light back toward the light source) or PU leather sheets allows for marking over a wider area than is possible with direct embroidery.*The minimum line width around the perimeter of the reflector must be 2mm or more.*The line width must be constant (for example, 2mm, it will be fixed at 2mm).
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
