◾️ Embroidery 3D / Super 3D• Change to 3D embroidery: +500 yen• Change to Super 3D embroidery: +1,000 yen3D embroidery / Super 3D embroidery is available. In both cases, urethane material is inserted into the embroidery to create a three-dimensional finish.There is an additional charge of 500 yen for 3D embroidery (1 piece of urethane material) and 1,000 yen for Super 3D embroidery (2 pieces of urethane material).*If the design is more than two colors, only one of the colors will be used for 3D embroidery.*We recommend simple bold letters rather than complex designs for 3D embroidery.*Gold (MG2), silver (MS1), phosphorescent, and aluminum threads cannot be used for 3D embroidery due to the combination of materials.*If the design itself is not 5mm to 10mm wide, we may not be able to accept it as 3D embroidery.
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
