For designs with two or more colors, only one of those colors will be used for the 3D embroidery.*We recommend simple, bold text rather than complex designs for 3D embroidery.*3D embroidery is available only on the front.*Due to material limitations, gold (MG2), silver (MS1), glow-in-the-dark, and aluminum-based threads are not compatible with 3D embroidery.*If the line width of the design itself is between 5mm and 20mm, and there is not at least 3mm of space between elements within the design, we may be unable to accept it for 3D embroidery.
You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
