Product Size

All measurements in the size chart are taken by placing the garment flat on the table, but there may be slight errors or individual differences depending on the product and production lot.
In addition, for items that have been converted from inch measurements, there may be an error of approximately 2.5cm to 5cm due to differences in measurement methods and individual differences.
Please understand that the error is to be considered as a rough guide only.
Please note that sizes and colors may change without prior notice from the supplier.

About Submission

You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data.
Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, and handwritten manuscripts are all acceptable.
Basically, large, full-size images are fine.

*We cannot print in gold, silver, or fluorescent colors. (The colors will be printed in a similar color and will be printed lighter than the color on the screen.
*Fine lines of 0.3 mm or less may not be reproduced beautifully.

If there are many areas of black, red, navy blue, or other dark monochromatic fill colors, the print may appear a little whitish due to the fabric. In addition, it is difficult to achieve a perfect black finish, and the color will be a dark gray.

*Please note that the print position may shift by up to 5mm in the production process.
*We will print the design data as it is, but the color of the data and the finished product may differ slightly depending on the monitor and environment you are using.

*When washing at home, in order to prevent peeling and color fading due to friction against the printed area, please hand-wash the garment or put it in a net and wash it in hot water (please do not wring the printed area).

Return Policy

Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company.
The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity).
Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
