All measurements in the size chart are taken with the item laid flat; however, there may be slight variations or individual differences depending on the product or production batch. Additionally, for products listed with measurements converted from inches, differences in measurement methods or individual variations may result in discrepancies of approximately 2.5 cm to 5 cm. Please note that these measurements are for reference only, and we ask for your understanding regarding any discrepancies. Please be aware that sizes and color options may change without prior notice from our suppliers.
You don’t need to have software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files. We accept virtually any format, including Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, and hand-drawn sketches. If you’re unsure about file formats, please feel free to contact us. As long as the image is full-size and of sufficient quality, it should be fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
