The shoulder portion is designed to be thicker so that the shoulders do not get tired even after long hours of use, and the two pieces are tied together instead of being connected, allowing for easy length adjustment and a wider range of styling options. The wide opening can be closed with a snap button for easy loading and unloading, and there is no worry about the contents coming out when the bag is carried on the back. It also has an inside pocket for storing small items, making it extremely practical. The fabric is made of a medium-thick, soft cotton material that is durable enough, yet has the feel of having been used from the beginning without the hardness characteristic of canvas. You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, and handwritten manuscripts are all acceptable. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
