All measurements in the size chart are taken with items laid flat. However, slight variations or individual differences may occur depending on the product or production batch. Furthermore, for items where measurements are converted from inches, differences in measurement methods or individual variations may result in discrepancies of approximately 2.5cm to 5cm. Please note that these measurements are intended as a guide only, and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding these possible variations. Please be advised that suppliers may change sizes or colour options without prior notice.
An additional charge (size up charge) will be added per piece for sizes XXL (2XL) and larger, and an additional 250 yen will be added to the listed price for each additional size.
Submitting design data does not require software such as Illustrator or Photoshop. Generally, Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten drafts, etc. are all acceptable. Please feel free to consult us if you are unsure about file formats. Generally, full-size, larger images are perfectly fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
