This cap is made from a cotton-polyester blend fabric and comes in two colors: Adapt and Edge, both featuring the officially licensed Realtree pattern. Please note that for both colors, production lots may vary. Some caps have the Realtree camo pattern on the underside of the brim matching the exterior, while others feature the Woodland pattern. You don't need software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design data. We accept Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, handwritten drafts, and more. If you're unsure about file formats, please feel free to ask. Generally, larger images at actual size are acceptable.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
