All measurements in the size chart are taken with the item laid flat; however, there may be slight variations or individual differences depending on the product or production lot.
Additionally, for products where measurements are listed in inches (converted from the original), discrepancies of approximately 2.5 cm to 5 cm may occur due to differences in measurement methods or individual variations.

You don’t need software like Illustrator or Photoshop to submit your design files.
Basically, we accept any format—including Illustrator files, Photoshop files, JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, and hand-drawn sketches.
If you’re unsure about file formats, please feel free to contact us.
As long as the image is full-size and large enough, it should be fine.
