This keychain features a Sagara embroidery patch with a charming, fluffy, three-dimensional texture reminiscent of a towel. Available in sizes up to 80mm x 80mm, each set contains multiple pieces with the same design. The high-density thread creates a substantial presence, making it a recommended accent to highlight individuality! A ball chain with 2.4mm balls is included for each piece. The back uses felt in the same color as the front. *Please select the base felt color from 26 available shades. *For the Sagara embroidery (puffy) section, choose up to 2 colors from the Sagara embroidery thread palette and specify these colors within your design data. ※You can select up to 5 thread colors total, including the 2 colors for the Sagara embroidery thread mentioned above and regular embroidery thread. (For an additional ¥250 per color, you can add up to 3 colors for the Sagara embroidery; for an additional ¥200 per color, you can add up to 5 colors for the regular embroidery.) ※If the Sagara section or the gaps between sections are less than 5mm wide, we may not be able to accept the order as Sagara embroidery. ※If the sagara section is bordered, the border width must be at least 2mm. ※The felt edge must be embroidered, requiring a border width of at least 2mm. Please specify your desired cut line.
This product comes in a set of five per design. *Different designs and colors cannot be combined within a set of five.

You do not need to have Illustrator or Photoshop software to submit design data. Basically, Illustrator data, Photoshop data, JPEG, PNG, PDF, handwritten manuscripts, etc. are all acceptable. If you are not familiar with file formats, please contact us. Basically, large, full-size images are fine.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Only for orders from overseas, we accept payment with PayPal.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please read the following and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will re-create the product or refund your money if the problem is caused by our defect.
Basically, Sagawa Express is the only shipping company. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per package (regardless of the product or quantity). Second and subsequent delivery locations can be specified for an additional charge of 1,000 yen each.
